Summer Study
Cancellations up to 6 weeks in advance of a course will be eligible for 100% refund less 15% administration fee. Cancellations less than 6 weeks but up to 1 week in advance will incur a 15% administration fee and 85% of the course fee will be applicable to another Public Programmes course within one year. MA and Semester Courses
The programme fee will be refunded in full minus the non refundable deposit fee if notice of withdrawal is received in writing 6 weeks prior to the start of Postgraduate/MA courses or 4 weeks prior to the start of modular and extramural courses.

It is the Student's responsibility to ensure that their tuition fees are paid by the due dates. The Institute does not normally refund tuition fees. Students who have to withdraw from their programme of study within the first four weeks of Semester One may appeal this decision and apply for a partial refund. An application must be made in writing to the Registrar in the first instance, providing an explanation for their withdrawal and reasons why they should be considered as an exceptional case. Documents such as medical certificates to support the appeal must also be submitted. The Institute will consider the appeal and its decision will be final.

International students are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate visa to enable them to study in the UK. If students are unable to obtain a student visa and have documentary evidence to show this, they can apply in writing to the Admissions Committee to be considered for a refund of tuition fees already paid. Refunds are made payable to the originator and the originator’s bank account using the same method of initial payment.

Please note that the deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
